Key points
Eligibility
You must be the age of majority, able to enter a binding contract, and located in Ontario during any clinical appointment.
Clinical decisions
Care is provided by independent Ontario nurse practitioners using their clinical judgment. Payment or a questionnaire does not guarantee a prescription, test or referral.
Weight Loss Programs
3-, 6- and 12-month programs are paid upfront in full and renew automatically for the same term unless you cancel at least 14 days before renewal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current term.
Financing
Klarna financing is governed by Klarna’s own terms. Ending a Refua membership does not cancel amounts owed under a separate financing agreement.
