The commitment, inclusions and what happens if your care needs change, before you enrol in a program.
Assessment and acceptance
Programs begin with the online self-check. Completing a questionnaire or payment does not guarantee a prescription, treatment eligibility or acceptance into a specific program; your nurse practitioner will discuss alternatives if your preferred treatment is not suitable.
Commitment and inclusions
Programs are available as 3-, 6- and 12-month terms, paid upfront in full. Standard and founding prices are on the Pricing page and inclusions are listed on each program page. 12-month programs include an Oura Ring. Medication and supplements outside the program inclusions are paid separately.
Renewal and cancellation
Memberships renew automatically for the same term unless you cancel at least 14 days before renewal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current term; early termination may be subject to the terms disclosed at purchase. Program labs follow the Heart & Metabolic Panel schedule (baseline and every 3 months while active). Klarna financing is available at checkout, subject to eligibility and approval.
Founding-member terms
Founding prices apply automatically to the first 250 completed paid program enrolments, for 3-, 6- and 12-month terms in both metabolic programs.
Eligible 3-, 6- and 12-month program terms may receive 5% off the applicable standard price, or 5% off the applicable founding price for eligible founding members. When a referred friend joins an eligible program, the person who referred them may receive 5% off their next eligible program. Subject to Refua referral terms. A referral link alone does not confirm eligibility, timing or an automatic discount, and no cash payout is promised.
