Step 1: Sign up

Create your secure Refua account and access your private patient portal.

Step 2: Sign Your Medical Release Form (Mandatory)

Complete and sign your medical release form, authorizing Refua to obtain your records from previous providers. All transfers use PHIPA-compliant encryption, and your data remains in Canada.

Step 3: Book your virtual appointment

Use our real-time, API-based booking system to select from live appointment availability with licensed Ontario clinicians.
