No. GLP-1 medication is not included and is paid separately. The program price covers the listed clinical care, labs and support.

Am I guaranteed GLP-1 or a weight-loss result?

No. An entry questionnaire, labs and clinical review determine eligibility. If GLP-1 is not suitable, the Concierge Service may be appropriate. No particular weight result is promised.

How often will I meet my clinician?

Your program includes monthly clinical assessment, monitoring and follow-up. Your clinician determines what each review requires.

Does sending an enquiry book an appointment or confirm eligibility?

No. The short enquiry lets a Refua Care Specialist contact you about next steps and booking. It does not book or hold an appointment, and it does not confirm clinical eligibility.

Is this covered by OHIP?

Refua is private-pay. OHIP or insurance reimbursement is not promised. All prices are in CAD.
