An entry questionnaire, labs and clinical review determine GLP-1 eligibility. The Concierge Service is appropriate when GLP-1 is not currently suitable, with reassessment if circumstances change. Remaining membership value may transfer on an approved pathway change, subject to the applicable rules; credit is not automatic.

Who is the Concierge Service for?

People whose entry questionnaire, labs and clinical review show that GLP-1 is not currently suitable. GLP-1 reassessment happens at scheduled intervals; eligibility is never guaranteed.

Is medication included?

Medication and additional treatment costs are separate unless explicitly stated. A monthly prescription or refill review is a clinical review, not a guaranteed prescription.

Can I switch pathways later?

No. The short enquiry lets a Refua Care Specialist contact you about next steps and booking. It does not book or hold an appointment, and it does not confirm clinical eligibility.

Is this covered by OHIP?

Refua is private-pay. OHIP or insurance reimbursement is not promised. All prices are in CAD.

Who can use Refua?

Refua currently serves people in Ontario. You must be in Ontario during clinical appointments. Virtual care is not for emergencies — call 911 if you need immediate help.
